Raised in West, Texas, Karder moved to College Station in 2017 to attend Texas A&M University. While in school, Karder became a fireman in Rosenberg, TX.
After graduating with his Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness in 2019, Karder obtained his Real Estate license.
